The conflict of the boy was with his mother, while that of the girl was with her sisters and girl friends. Devouring and being devoured by the dream ego were considered as processes of assimilation and rein carnation by which the conflicts were resolved. -

To detect Xanthomonas arboricola pv. pruni, a loopmediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) detection method were developed. The LAMP assay was designed to test crude plant tissue without pre-extraction, or heating incubation, and without advanced analysis equipment. The LAMP primers were designed by targeting an ABC transporter ATP-binding protein, this primer set was tested using the genomic DNA of Xanthomonas and non-Xanthomonas strains, and a ladder product was generated from the genomic DNA... -

Crop production... Two rhizobacteria Bacillus aryabhattai H26-2 and B. siamensis H30-3 were evaluated whether they are involved in stress tolerance against drought and high temperature as well as fungal infections in Chinese cabbage plants. Chinese cabbage seedlings cv. Ryeokgwang (spring cultivar) has shown better growth compared to cv. Buram-3-ho (autumn cultivar) under high temperature conditions in a greenhouse, whilst there was no difference in drought stress tolerance of the two cultivars. In vitro growth of... -

from the stem tissue samples were transferred and cultured on potato-dextrose agar (PDA; Difco, Detroit, MI, USA) at 25°C for 10 days in an incubator. The my- celial plugs were transferred to carnation leaf agar (CLA) and cultured at 25°C for three days, followed by storing at 80°C in a deep freezer until use. Species identification of Fusarium isolates. Species of the Fusarium isolates... This study aims to examine the potential reasons for the current prevalence of the fusarium wilt in the oriental melon. Twenty-seven Fusarium isolates obtained from oriental melon greenhouses in 2010–2011 were identified morphologically and by analysis of elongation factor-1 alpha gene (EF-1α) and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) rDNA sequences as 6 Fusarium species (8 isolates of F. oxysporum, 8 F. commune, 5 F. proliferatum, 3 F. equiseti, 2 F. delphinoides, and 1 F.... -

et al., 2009, 2011; Diaz and Ahlquist, 2012; Diaz and Wang, 2014). The viral RNA genomes for Carnation Ital- ian ringspot virus, PVX, Tomato bushy stunt virus, and Turnip yellow mosaic virus associate with chloroplasts, ER, peroxisomes, and mitochondria, respectively (Hwang et al., 2008; McCartney et al., 2005; Prod’homme et al., 2003; Verchot, 2011, 2014). TMV also replicates in a... Plasmodesmata (PDs) are specialized intercellular channels that facilitate the exchange of various molecules, including sugars, ribonucleoprotein complexes, transcription factors, and mRNA. Their diameters, estimated to be 2.5 nm in the neck region, are too small to transfer viruses or viral genomes. Tobacco mosaic virus and Potexviruses are the most extensively studied viruses. In viruses, the movement protein (MP) is responsible for the PD gating that allows the intercellular movement of viral...
