We confirmed that hTERT-bMGEs could serve as effective target cells for improving development of somatic cell cloned cattle embryos. -

of Veterinary Medicine, Konkuk University, 120 Neuengdong-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, 143-717, Republic of Korea Introduction: Obesity is significant risk factor for human breast cancer and canine mammary tumor (CMT) development. Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs) are an important component of leukocyte infilt ration in tumors, and their levels are high in obese animals. TAMs can be classified... -

of inflamma tory mammary cancer. The purpose of this study is to investigate the development process of vessels by neoplastic cells in CIMC. Materials and Methods: Patient dog, 14-year old Shit- Tzu female, had a hard and some what movable dark-reddish mammary tumor, sized 6.2cm in diameter. Bloody dark turbid exudate was released from the tumor. For histological examination, the tumor mass... -

CMTs and malignant CMTs without lymphatic invasion. Conclusions: These findings suggested that CD204-positive macrophages affect the development and behavior of CMTs and highlight the potential of CD204 as a prognostic factor. However, little has been reported about involvement of the Wnt/-catenin signaling pathway in canine mammary tumors (CMTs). However, little has been reported about involvement of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in canine mammary tumors (CMTs). The present study detected expression of 30 Wnt signaling pathway-related genes in CMTs; the results are potentially useful for molecular-based diagnosis of CMTs and the development of new targeted therapies. Significant upregulations of dickkopf-1 protein, secreted frizzled-related sequence protein 1...
