진균류의 세포벽제거 및 이에 따른 protoplast생성 등에 많이 이용되어지고 있는 chitinase를 Streptomyces sp. 115-5 균주로부터 생산하여 순수 정제한 다음, 이 chitinase의 작용을 저해하는 포도당의 저해양상을 조사하였다. 포도당 외에 D-glucuronic acid, D-sorbitol및 D-xylose등도 chitinase의 활성을 저해하였다. 그런고로, 포도당 분자에 의한chitinase의 활성 저해 효과에는 위의 분자들의 공통부분인 2번, 3번 및 4번 탄소의 hydroxyl group들의 구조위치가 중요한 영향을 가진다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 포도당에 의한... -

the above results, we think the second type of K+ channel is the sarcoplasmic reticulum K+ (SRK) channel. In addition, both types of channel were also incorporated into the lipids extracted from the skeletal muscle. The channel properties recorded in the bilayers termed from synthetic and extracted lipids were qualitatively similar. Our data indicate that BK and SRK channels are rich in the skeletal muscle and their properties and regulation could be effectively studied in planar lipid bilayer. -

in all the ACNFs. Meanwhile, the ACNF/MgO has the smallest fiber diameter (314.38±62.42 nm) compared to other ACNFs. The presence of MgO and MnO2 inside the ACNFs was also confirmed with EDX analysis as well as XRD. The adsorption capacities of each ACNF toward CH4 were tested with the volumetric adsorption method in which the ACNF/MgO exhibited the highest CH4 adsorption up to 2.39 mmol g?1. Meanwhile, all the ACNF samples followed the pseudo-second order kinetic model with a R2 up to 0.9996. -

Blends of poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), polyethyleneimine (PEI), and graphene oxide (GO) were prepared by solution casting method. Calorimetric thermal properties of the blends were investigated.
