25 g of recombinant CSFV glycoprotein E2 were protected from clinical symptoms of CSF. In addition, KNB-E2-mediated reduction of CSF symptoms was observed at two weeks post-vaccination and the vaccinated pigs continued to exhibit reduced CSF clinical signs when virus challenged at two months and four months post-vaccination. These results suggest that KNB-E2 effectively reduces CSF clinical signs, indicating the potential of this vaccine for safely minimizing CSF-related losses. -

discriminatory perceptions of exclusion, different treatments based on nationality, lack of cultural knowledge, stereotype, and English language ability. Drawing from the findings, the study concludes that discriminatory experiences of international students are more status-based rather than country of origin based in a context of South Korea. absence of children's play and play-based learning in Bangladesh is due to a lack of government policy initiatives and parental socioeconomic situations. A theoretical analysis has been included through Vygotsky’s sociocultural approach to understanding the necessities of play-based learning for the welfare of children in Bangladesh. they embrace items and criteria that depend on teaching. The results highlight distinct patterns of variation in quality. The competence to teach is a point of intersection for the quality in preschool, and conditions for children’s learning. Areas in need of competence development are subject, and didactic knowledge competence in relating to children in dialogue, child-focused strategies, clarifying and communicating an object of knowledge by integrating play, care, and learning in teaching.
