디지틀 이동 통신용 RPE-LTP 음성 부호화기의 실시간 H/W 구현

디지틀 이동 통신 시스템 검토에 있어서 고음질 저전송 속도의 음성 부호화기 연구는 가용 주파수 대역의 제한을 극복하여 통신 서비스를 증대시키기 위한 필수 사항의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 디지특 이동 통신용 13 kbps RPE LTP 음성 부호화기의 구현에 관하여 다루었다. 하나의 DSP칩을 이용하여 양방향 통신방식으로 실시간 구현(DSP 로딩율 약 75%)이 가능함을 나타냈으며, 또한 H/W 구현을 위한 고정소수점 시뮬레이션 및 채널코딩과의 연계를 고려한 각 전송 파리미티의 비트 중요도 분석 결과를 제시하였다. -

ml/kg/min, 여학생은 41.44${pm}$6.71 ml/kg/min로 나타나 두 그룹간에 유의하게 큰 차이가 있었으며, 절대적 최대산소섭취량은 남학생은 4.05${pm}$0.36 l/min, 여학생은 2.53${pm}$0.39 l/min로 나타나 두 그룹간에 큰 차이가 나타냈다. 남학생과 여학생간의 slope, y-intercept, SEE는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 본 연구에서 운동강도에 따른 남학생과 여학생의 RPE 의 차이는 유의하게 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 보아 RPE는 운동중 산소섭취량에 대한 운동강도의 예측에 남녀별 차이가 없어 유효한 예측인자라고... -

개선 방안에 대하여 논의하였다. 또한, 실시간 처리에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 연산 횟수를 계산, 비교하였다. 아울러 각 부호화기의 알고리즘을 구체화하여 한국인 음성데이타에 대하여 모의 실험을 수행하였으며, 모의 실험 평가결과로서 구간 신호대 잡음비와 5-포인트 MOS를 비교하였다. 연산횟수는 VSELP 부호기의 곱센연산횟수가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 26가지 음성 데이타에 대하여 구간 신호대 잡음비는 VSELP가 RPE-LTP에 비해 큰 것으로 계산되었고, 5-포인트 MOS 실험을 실시한 결과 VSELP가 RPE-LTP에 비해 음질이... -

as a RPE-relevant microRNA in UCB-MSCs from among 21 putative human RPE-depleted microRNAs. Inhibition of miR-410 induces overexpression of immature and mature RPE-specific factors, including MITF, LRAT, RPE65, Bestrophin, and EMMPRIN. The RPE-induced cells were able to phagocytize microbeads. Results of our microRNA-based strategy demonstrated proof-of-principle for RPE differentiation in UCB-MSCs by using anti-miR-410 treatment without the use of additional factors or exogenous transduction. -
