The role of phospholipase A2 (PLA2) in tumor cell growth was investigated using SK-N-MC human neuroblastoma cells. 4-Bromophenacyl bromide (BPB) and mepacrine (Mep), known PLA2 inhibitors, suppressed growth of the tumor cells in a dose-dependent manner without a significant cytotoxicity. Melittin (Mel), a PLA2 activator, enhanced the cell growth in a concentration-dependent fashion. Grapevine rupestris stem pitting-associated virus (GRSPaV) is a worldwide-distributed pathogen in grapevines with a high genetic variability. 증가형 MOS FET에서 강반저의 경우 드레인 전류는 모두 드리프트에 기인하여 흐르기 때문에 I-V모델링시 수직전계와 수평전계를 함께 고려하여야한다. 특히 게이트전압 인가시 발생되는 수직전계는 표면이동도에 영향을 크게 주고 이로 인해서 캐리어들의 정상적인 흐름이 저해되는데 본 논문에서 제안한 다중 box분할법에 의하여 반전층의 깊이를 구하여 이동도 모델에 영향을 크게 미치는 반전층 내에서의 수직전계를 수치해석하였다. -

모파상 단편의 한국어 이종 번역 연구 -김소월과 최재서의 번역을 중심으로-`

이 논문은 프랑스 작가 모파상의 단편 소설을 우리말로 옮긴 두 종의 번역 텍스트에 대한 다각적인 비교 연구이다. 논의된 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 김소월의 번역(1923)은 프랑스어 원전에서 옮긴 직접번역인 반 면, 최재서의 번역(1934)은 영어 번역에서 옮긴 중역으로 판단된다. 둘째, 김소월의 번역(1923)은 맞춤법과 띄어쓰기 등에서 현재의 정서법 과 사뭇 다른 양상을 보이는데, 이는 이 번역이 발표된 연대가 <한글맞춤 법 통일안>이 공포된 1933년 이전이라는 점에 기인한다. 이에 비해 최재 서의 번역(1934)은 이러한... -
이 연구는 여론형성을 주된 목적으로 당대의 논객들이 주로 쓰 는 신문 칼럼의 논증 구조를 분석하여 칼럼의 유형을 제시하고자 한다. 곧, 칼럼의 설득 전략이 주장, 사실, 논거 등의 어떤 논리적 기제를 사용 하는가를 분석하여 논증 유형을 제시하였다. 칼럼의 내용을 논증 구조로 분석하는 데는 툴민(Toulmin)의 논증 모델인 사실-주장-논거를 중심으로 분석을 하고, 브락크리드와 에나잉어의 논증 구조를 참조하였다. 그 결과 논증 구조에 따른 칼럼의 유형은 주장형 칼럼, 감상형 칼럼, 설명형 칼럼 으로 나눌 수 있었다.
