병원 전 심정지 상황에서 수기 심폐소생술과 X-CPRTM를 이용한 심폐소생술의 비교; 시뮬레이션 연구

본 연구는 수기 심폐소생술과 X-CPRTM를 이용한 심폐소생술을 비교함으로써 병원 전 심정지 상황에서의 더 효과적인 심폐소 생술 방법을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 2인 1조로 구성된 20조에서 각각 10조씩 수기 심폐소생술과 X-CPRTM를 이용한 심폐소 생술을 나누어 현장에서 병원 도착까지의 상황을 시뮬레이션 하였고 총 5.1km의 이송 거리를 가진 상황으로 실험되었다. 연구결 과, 가슴압박에서는 수기 심폐소생술이 47.4±1.3mm로 X-CPRTM를 이용한 심폐소생술보다 약 20mm 더 깊게 시행하는 것으로 나 타났으며 인공호흡에서는... -

The acoustic-mechanical vibration and energy transmission through the middle ear in normal and diseased ears can be visualized and quantified in a 3-dimensional FE model. Four novel model-derived “auditory test curves” named as the middle ear transfer function, energy absorbance, admittance tympanogram, and tympanic membrane holography are generated with clinically relevant applications. -

was assessed by soaking in simulated body fluid, and the GF exhibited enhanced mineralization ability in terms of mineral deposition, which almost pervaded the entire GF surface. Our results suggest that graphene promotes cell adhesion, activity and the formation of bonelike apatite. This research is expected to facilitate a better understanding of graphene-cell interactions and potential applications of graphene as a promising toughening nanofiller in bioceramics used in load-bearing implants. -

Multi-walled carbon nanotube reinforced epoxy composites were fabricated using shear mixing and sonication. The mechanical, viscoelastic, thermal, and electrical properties of the fabricated specimens were measured and evaluated.
