This study aimed to evaluate six cauliflower genotypes regarding their resistance to black rot and their production performance. B. amyloliquefaciens strain LB01 produced protease and cellulase enzymes. Two important antagonistic traits, siderophore production and solubilization of insoluble phosphate, were observed in the three B. atrophaeus strains. Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum has become a serious problem world-wide and relies heavily on chemical fungicides. We selected Pseudomonas sp. In this study, we evaluated the efficacy of fluopicolide to inhibit Phytophthora capsici in vitro, and to control pepper Phytophthora blight in a greenhouse and pepper fields.
