NaCl stress에 의한 몇가지 보리 품종들의 생육시기별 생육 특성

본 연구는 몇 가지 보리 품종들을 공시하여 염해에 대처할 재배법 개선과 내염성 품종 육성을 위한 기초적 자료로 활용하고자 분얼기와 유수형성기에 NaCl stress를 처리하고 보리의 생육특성과 품종간 염해 반응을 조사하였다. 초장, 근장, 분얼수, 잎 수 등은 NaCl 처리로 감소하였으며 그 중 분얼수가 염해를 가장 많아 받았고, 염해를 받은 후 생육이 진행됨에 따라 그 피해는 증대되었다. 그리고 분얼기에 처리한 것이 유수형성기에 처리한 것보다 NaCl stress를 더 받는 것을 보였다. 잎, 뿌리, 줄기로 구분한 생체중과 건물중... -

The aim of this study was to assess changes of Hsp70 and HSF-1 protein and mRNA expression in stress-sensitive organs of pigs during transportation for various periods of time.
