민선 교육감 선출 이후 교육공약에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌 분석, 한국매니페스토실천본부, 지방교육재정분석 등의 자료를 활용하여 교육감 공약인 지도, 실현가능성, 차별성, 공약포지셔닝을 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 민선 교육감들이 제시한 공약은 안전, 교육격차 해소(교육복지 확대), 공교육 강화 등의 주제 비중이 큰 것으로 나타났으며 공약포지셔닝은 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 교육감 공약 이행률은 예 산집행비율 등 측면에서도 높게 나타나고 있었으며, 교육감 공약에 대한 사전 평가 활 동 및 사후...
