Metoclopramide (MCP)는 역류성식도염, 위하수증, 항암제에 의한 구토 증상을 치료하는데 사용되고 있는 dopamine수용체 차단제로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 흰쥐의 적출 관류부신에서 catecholamine (CA)의 분비작용에 미치는 영향을 검토하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
