수집하여 mixed effect modeling으로 집단약동학적 파라미터를 산출하였으며, 산출된 파라미터 값으로 Bayesian forecasting을 하여 예측치와 참값(측정된 농도)을 비교하여 예측능을 평가하였다. 결과 : Non-trough level이 포함된 경우 새로운 파라미터들은 기존 파라미터에 비하여 바이어스가 크고 precision이 감소한 양상을 나타내었으나, trough level만을 사용하였을 때는 새로운 파라미터에서 1-compartment 및 2-compartment model 공히 precision은 다소 감소(RMSE가 증가)하였으나 바이어스가 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 결론 :... -

this fungus. Supplementing 50 mg/L of radicicol to medium inhibited the mycelia growth of other fungi including Botrytis cinerea, Rhizoctonia solani and Alternaria panax, but did not affect the growth of C. destructans. In addition, conidia germination of other fungal species except for C. destructans was inhibited in submerged culture supplemented with radicicol. This medium provides a very efficient tool for isolating C. destructans and also can be used as an enrichment medium for this fungus. -

the bacterial detection; the pathogenic bacteria were observed in pellet from the fruits with over one canker spot with below 2 mm in diameter. In field assays, the increase of phage population (120%) on surface of the fruits related to the disease development one month later indicated that the bacterial pathogens inhabit on the surface. The procedure will be effectively used for detection of only living bacterial pathogen on fruit surfaces of Satsuma mandarin and for the disease forecasting. -
