초등학생의 체육수업이 BDNF, IGF-1 및 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

순발력, 체지방율의 차이를 분석하기 위 해 대응표본 t검증(paired t-test)을 실시하였으며, 유의수준은 a=.05로 하였다. 연구결과를 보면 학교체육수업을 실시한 후 BDNF와 IGF-1의 변화는 유의한 증가를 보이며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(p<.05)(p<.05). 건강관련 체력의 경우 심폐지구력, 근력, 순발력, 체지방율에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05)(p<.05(p<.05)(p<.05). 따라서 뇌 발달시기인 초등학생에게 학교체육수 업은 혈중 BDNF, IGF-1 및 건강관련 체력의 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 주는 것으로 나타났다.
