대학생의 행동억제가 우울과 사회불안에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 행동억제와 정서조절곤란이 우울 및 사회불안에 미치는 상대적 영향을 알아보고, 행동억제가 우울 및 사회불안에 미치는 영향에 대한 정서조절곤란의 조절효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 및 기타 소재 대학(교)에 재학 중인 학생 585명을 대상으로 질문지 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 성별에 따라 행동억제, 정서조절곤란, 우울 및 사회불안은 각각 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 모든 변인에서 여자가 남자에 비해 높은 점수를 보였다.... -

본 연구에서는 삶에 대한 경외가 부정적 생활사건과 우울증상의 관계에서 조절 기능을 하는지 알아 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경북소재 두 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 309명을 대상으로 부정적 생활 사건, 삶에 대한 경외, 우울증상을 측정하는 척도를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 삶에 대한 경외는 부정 적 생활사건 경험이 우울증상에 미치는 부정적 효과를 완충하여, 부정적 생활사건 경험과 우울증상 의 관련성이 필연적이지 않았으며, 삶에 대한 경외가 이 관계를 조절하는 역할을 담당하였다. 이러 한 연구 결과는 우울증상 경감에 있어... -
