Periwinkle seedlings (Cantharanthus roseus) were inoculated with jujube witches`- broom (JWB) phytoplasma via grafting to analyze the migration of JWB phytoplasmas within the host plant. The induced resistance of cucumber leaves treated with oligochitosan to the infection of the cucumber powdery mildew, Sphaerotheca fuliginea, was investigated using transmission electron microscopy.
