본 연구는 만성허리통증환자의 허리와 골반부의 골과 근건접합부에 안마침요법을 시행하였을 때 통증완화에 효과적인지를 규명하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 허리통증을 호소하는 45세∼65세의 남성 총 24명을 무처치대조군 및 건군에 각각 12명씩 무선할당하여 실험군을 대상으로 허리와 골반부의 골과 근건접합부를 자극하는 안마침요법을 회당 30분씩 주 1회, 4주간에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 사전과 4주 후 허리통증강도를 측정하여 처치 전․후 집단 간 변화량의 차이가 유의한지 검정한 결과 허리통증강도가 무처치대조군에...
