We evaluated 209 Capsicum accessions from the National Agrobiodiversity of RDA, for their reaction against of anthracnose disease caused by Colletotrichum acutatum. Two hundred nine accessions of Capsicum were almost composed with Capsicum annuum var. annuum originated from 37 countries. Lesion mimic mutant (LMM) plants display spontaneous necrotic lesions on their leaves without any pathogenic infection.
