An endophytic bacterial strain, Arthrobacter humicola YC6002, was isolated from a surface sterilized root of Korean turf grass (Zoysia japonica) collected from Jinju, Korea. This strain showed inhibitory effect on germination and shoot growth of radish. 본 연구의 목적은 기업교육 프로그램 참여자의 개인특성요인 및 조직특성요인과 성취도 및 학습전이와의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. K기업에서 실시한 직무교육연수 이수자 265 명을 대상으로 설문을 통해 251부의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 다중회귀분석을 통해 살펴본 결과, 개인특성요인 중 자기효능감, 학습동기, 전이동기, 조직특성요인 중 상사지 원, 동료지원이 학습전이를 예측하는 것으로 나타났고, 개인특성요인 및 조직특성요인 모 두 성취도는 유의하게 설명하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 기업... -
