본 연구는 인성교육 프로그램이 미래의 인성핵심역량 함양에 미치는 효과를 통합적으로 살펴보기 위해 시도되었다. 이를 위해 1995∼2017년 동안 국내에서 발표된 인성교육 프로그램 논문 94편(k=310)을 대상으로 R을 이용한 메타분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 인성교육 프로그램의 전체 효과 크기는 0.7140(U3=76.12%)으로 교육적으로 유의미하였다. 종속변인의 효과 크기는 공동체역량, 자기관리역량, 의사소통역량, 심미적감성역량 순으로 나타났으나, 집단 간 차이는 유의미하지 않았다. 인성교육 프로그램의 접근유형별 효과 크기는...
