본 연구는 검은콩과 발아 검은콩의 물과 에탄올 추출물이 인간 모유두 세포(Human follicle dermal papilla cells, HFDPC) 성장에 미치는 영향을 형태학적 측면에서 관찰하였다. 제주산 검은콩은 수세, 발아, 동결건조, 파쇄 등의 과정을 거쳐 물과 에탄올을 이용 하여 추출물을 제작하였으며, 준비된 시료들의 세포 독성은 MTT assay를 이용하여 실시하였다. 세포 생존율 실험결과를 바탕으로 결정된 샘플의 처치 농도(25 μg/ml)로 인간 모유두 세포에 24시간 처처하여 세포의 형태학적 변화를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 발아 검은콩 에탄올...

The toxicity of the samples was evaluated in human embryonic kidney HEK293 and human breast cancer SKBR3 cell lines, and the viable cell numbers were measured by 3-(4,5-dimethyl- 2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) after the cells were cultured for 24 h. Cellular investigations showed that the modified MWCNTs, particularly MWCNT- quin, have considerably significant toxic impact on SKBR3 as compared to HEK293 at the concentration of 5 μg/mL.
