기본적으로 양안 관계의 발전과정에서 정치, 법제, 체제와 심리 4가지 딜레마가 존재한다. 정치적 딜레마는 중국과 대만의 국가성에 대한 승인을 둘러싼 정치 딜레마이고, 법제적 딜레마는 양안이 서로 다른 법률체계로 인한 충돌현상의 딜레마이고, 체제 딜레마는 공권력 조직제도 차이로 인한 딜레마이고, 심리적 딜레마는 정체성의 모순으로 인해 존재하는 딜레마를 말한다. 본문에서 필자는 중국과 대만 사이에 이념, 정권, 국가 정체성의 모순으로 인하여 교류 과정에서 정치적 심리적 딜레마가 존재한다는 점에 착안하고 있다. 본... -
