Authors retrospectively analyzed 46 cases which proved to be intussusception by barium enema. The results were as follows : 1. Of 46 cases, 32 cases were males and 14 cases females, with the result of the above statistics, intussuception occurs more frequently in boys. 2. Barium enema reduction was successful in 67.4%(31 cases/46 cases) of the patients and it failed in 32.6 %. 3. The types of intussusception are ileo-colic, ileo-cecal, ileo-ileo-colic, ileo-ileo type, of which most common type is ileo-colic type(38 cases/ 46 cases). 4. Dissection sign was positive in cases of 31 cases, barium reduced cases,on the other hand in 10 cases of 15 cases, manual reducd cases.
