The army is carrying out a project of a scientific training system which enables company level mutual training in infantry division to enhance battle command capability and combat skill. In this paper, we tried to prove the necessities of a scientific training system based on previously conducted training results. We drew comparison among proposed alternatives. To obtain the results we used hierarchical analysis methodology And cost and training effectiveness analysis were conducted.
