Objective : The Orthodox Transmission of Medicine(醫學或問) in Yi Xue Zheng Chuan(醫學正傳) are inventive and important in medical opinions of Yu Tuan. Methods : The 51 provisons of Orthodox Transmission of Medicine(醫學或問) are researched with overall and some important theories about San jiao (三焦) and Ming men(命門) are examined in detail that Yu Tuan insist. Result & Conclusion : Yu Tuan insist that San jiao-celom theory(腔子三焦說), Both kidney-Ming men theory (兩腎皆爲命門說) and inventive Harmful hyperactivityand respondinginhibition theory (亢害承制論) in The Orthodox Transmission of Medicine(醫學或問).
