This study did research and development of ‘happy-happy parent coaching’ for the
multicultural family parents’ potential abilities. From July 2014 until August 2014, six (6)
Vietnamese multicultural family women attended a 6-week (180 hours) program.
As for methodology, the investigator administered the multicultural family women who
attended parent coaching program for parents’ potential ability by group and individual, and
analyzed the changing of pre-self esteem, post-self esteem, pre-efficacy and post-efficacy.
The results show the multicultural family women increased self esteem and efficacy after
program. From analyzing the investigator administered paper about participations’ behavior
change, there were positive changes for understanding parent role, self-confidence and parent
skill.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of an emotional cleansing art play
program comprised of music play and food art play on the social skills of children from
multicultural families.
