The purpose of the study is to examine the structural relationship among system quality,
service quality, attitude, subjective norm, satisfaction and intention to use in collaborative
learning environment with Social Network Service. The research participants were 286 students
of E University in South Korea who enrolled the class with collaborative task. The results
revealed that SNS system quality and attitude had positive effects on satisfaction using SNS.
However service quality had not significantly effects on satisfaction. Second, SNS system
quality, attitude, subjective norm and satisfaction had positive effects on intention to use SNS,
but service quality had not significantly effects on intention to use. These results emphasizes
the role of factors to improve satisfaction and intention to use SNS in collaborative learning and
this study suggests strategies for satisfaction and intention to use SNS in collaborative learning.
