본 연구에서는 정보시스템성공모형과 합리적 행위이론을 통합하여 협력과제 수행 시 SNS만족도 및 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인들을 규명하고, SNS만족도와 사용의도를 향상시키기 위한 전략을 제 안하였다. 서울 소재 E 대학교에서 SNS를 이용하여 협력과제를 실시하는 학습자 286명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 협력학습에 사용한 SNS의 시스템품질과 태도 는 학습자들의 SNS사용에 대한 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 그러나 SNS의 서 비스품질은 학습자들의 SNS사용에 대한 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 협력학습에 사 용한 SNS의 시스템품질, 태도, 주관적 규범 및 만족도는 SNS사용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났으나 서비스품질은 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 SNS 만족도와 사용의도를 향상시키기 위한 각 변인에 따른 전략을 제시하였다.

영문초록

The purpose of the study is to examine the structural relationship among system quality, service quality, attitude, subjective norm, satisfaction and intention to use in collaborative learning environment with Social Network Service. The research participants were 286 students of E University in South Korea who enrolled the class with collaborative task. The results revealed that SNS system quality and attitude had positive effects on satisfaction using SNS. However service quality had not significantly effects on satisfaction. Second, SNS system quality, attitude, subjective norm and satisfaction had positive effects on intention to use SNS, but service quality had not significantly effects on intention to use. These results emphasizes the role of factors to improve satisfaction and intention to use SNS in collaborative learning and this study suggests strategies for satisfaction and intention to use SNS in collaborative learning.
