본 연구는 누리과정 교사용 지도서에 제시된 전통문화 활동을 기초로 유아교육 현장에 적용 가능한 전통문화 교사교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구를 위해 다음의 세 단계 개발과정을 거쳤다. 첫 번째 단계로, 국가수준 유치원 교육과정인 5세 누리과정, 전통문 화, 전통교육 관련 선행연구에 대한 이론적 고찰과 함께 교사교육을 위한 교사 요구도 조사 실시와 전문가 협의 과정을 통해 프로그램 개발에 대한 기본 방향을 수립하였다. 두 번째 단 계는 프로그램 기본 방향을 기초로 프로그램의 목표, 교육내용, 교수-학습 방법, 평가의 구체 적인 준거를 설정하여 프로그램 시안을 구성하였다. 세 번째 단계는 프로그램 시안을 토대로 예비연구를 실시하고 프로그램의 현장 적용 가능성 및 문제점을 수정ㆍ보완하는 전문가 협의 및 타당도를 거쳐 프로그램 최종안을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 누리과정에 기초한 전통문화 교 사교육 프로그램 개발과 전통문화교육 관련 후속 연구의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다.
This study aims to develop a training program for kindergarten teachers on traditional culture education based on Nuri curriculum. For this purpose, following three steps were preceded. The first step was to set the orientation of the training program to develop. With relevant literature review on traditional culture education in relation to Nuri curriculum, a survey for kindergarten teachers’ demand on this program as well as professional consultation were also taken place in this process. In the second step, the main goals and contents of the program, training methods, and detailed evaluation standard were established. In the third step, the program was finalized after having preliminary test on this program taken and its applicability and validity were discussed with professionals. This study would be significant in that it establishes the fundamental training program for Korean traditional culture education, and provides the primary resources for further study.
