This study aims to find a direction of effective consulting by inquiring into difficulties experienced
by consultants and the support strategy for infant teachers in the Daycare centers. For the purpose
of this study, 104 consultants who had carried out consulting from 2014 to 2015 were selected as
research subjects and data on their stories were collected for the analysis. The research results showed
that they were going through difficulties in the consulting process in terms of position, range,
strategy and responsibility of consulting. Moreover, in spite of the complications, consultants were
cooperative in supporting the growth of teachers based on a variety of strategies by way of
establishing trust relationship in every stage of consulting course aiming at the riffle effect among
teachers in the sense that the change in one teacher can be influential in other colleagues. Based on
the research results, with a view to effective consulting operation at Daycare centers, this study
proposed the following bottom line: it is necessary to establish the concept of childcare consulting in
consideration of the real situation of Daycare centers and promote the needs regarding this. It is
required to prepare a space of education and gatherings aiming at fostering professional consultants
and the growth of consultants.
