서론 본 연구의 목적은 현재 일본의 건강보험 내의 재활치료 수가체계를알아보고 한국과 일본의 수가체계 의 현황을 비교분석하여 문제점과 실제적인 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 본론 1977년 국민건강보험이 채택된 이후 1980년 처음 작업치료에 관한 수가가 채정되었으며 2012년 현재 5개의 수가가 산정되어 있다. 이와 같은 작업치료 수가에 관한 문제점들이 끊임없이 제기되어 왔지만 현재 건강보험 체제에서는 아무런 반영이 되지 않고 있다. 이러한 것들은 재활치료에서 필수적인 작업 치료의 존속에 문제가 될 수 있다. 이에 한국과 일본의 건강보험 현황을 살펴보고 그 차이를 비교하였 다. 결론 우리는 일본과 비교하여 작업치료 수가항목의 부재, 작업치료 시간의 작음, 상대적으로 낮은 수가 책 정을 발견할 수 있었다.
Purpose : The purpose of this study is probably significant to compare and analyse the occupational therapy insurance fee of the Korea and Japan. Methods : Since the commencement of the government health insurance program in 1977, there has been criticism that the national insurance fee for health care service had been set poor by the Korean government. But they are not reflecting the current health care environment. This is threatening the survival of the occupational therapy profession that is essential for rehabilitation process. So, the differences of the occupational therapy in the government health insurance program were compared in both countries. Conclusion : We found the problem in a few individual items of insurance fee, less treatment time of occupational therapy, low cost of insurance fee schedule.
