연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 작업치료사들의 상지통증이 직무 스트레스에미치는 영향에대해 알아보고 이를 작 업치료사의 직무환경 개선에기초자료로 활용되고자 한다. 연구방법 2012년 8월 13일부터 9월21일까지 G시 작업치료사 100명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 회수한98부 를 SPSS 19.0 Version을 사용하여 통계분석하였다. 연구결과 작업치료사는 반복적인 동작과 손목을 과도하게 구부리고 힘을 주는 작업이나 부적절한 작업스케줄로 상당수가 상지통증을 느끼지만 그 통증에대한 지속정도, 강도와 횟수는 미미하여 ‘작업치료사의 상지 통증과 직무스트레스는 관련성과 영향력이 있다’라는 가설은 기각되었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 업무관련 요소들로 발생된 상지 통증이 작업치료사의 전반적인 직무스트레스에큰 연 관성과 영향력을 가지지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 작업치료사의 신체 전반적인 상지 통증과 직무 스트레 스에대해 단면적으로 조사를 하였다. 이 후의 연구에서는 상지 통증에대한 요인으로 치료 동작, 근 무 환경, 인력배치, 치료 장비 형태 등의 다양한 변수를 가지고 전향적인 연구가 시도되어야 할 것이 다.
Purpose : The purpose of this research is to make comfortable working environment for Occupational Therapists and Figure out connection to how pain in the upper limbs affects on their stress of Business on Occupational Therapy. Methods : Giving surveys on Kim Kyung Mo(2005), Lee Chung hee(1990), Kim Chul(1991)’s research to Occupational Therapists and 100 of their colleges from “Y” University in Namchun-Myun Hhupsuk-Ri, Kyoung San city, Kyoungbuk From August 13th, 2012 to September 21st 2012 and made 98 surveys. Results : Occupational Therapists mostly feel pain in using their hand skills repeatly, working on their business too rationally, and inappropriate schedule on their business but it is not easy to know about endurance of pain, the number of times of pain and intensity of pain so theory on ‘Pain in the upper limbs and stress of business has not only connection but also influence to Occupational Therapists’ Conclusion : From this research, we figured ‘pain in the upper limbs from business elementals affects on stress of business to Occupational Therapists’ have no connection or influence. We did research on ‘Physical pain in the upper limbs and stress of business’. We have to be careful about many kinds of failures, and need to try research on ‘treatment action, working environment, arrangement on workers, and equipment for treatment’s type.
