이 연구는 장애인 거주시설에서 실시한 여가활동 프로그램 분석을 통해 장애인 여가활동 프로그 램의 기획실태 현황을 파악하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구 수행을 위해 먼저 장애인 거주시설에서 2000년도 이후에 실시한 장애인 거주시설 여가활동 프로그램 기획안 40편을 연구대상으로 선정하 였다. 이를 연구자가 구안한 연구도구 ʻ장애인 여가활동 프로그램 기획실태 분석기준ʼ을 사용하여 분석하였으며 그 결과 연구대상 40개 프로그램 모두 기획실태 영역 중｢프로그램 상황분석｣, ｢프로 그램 운영방법｣, ｢자원 확보 및 관리｣의 분석기준을 포함하고 있었다. 이와 상반된 결과로 ｢프로그 램 요구분석｣, ｢프로그램 목표전환｣, ｢평가 및 결과보고｣의 경우 대다수의 프로그램이 분석기준을 포함하지 않았다. 이 연구에서 파악한 장애인 거주시설 여가활동 프로그램 기획실태 분석결과는 향후 장애인 여가활동 프로그램 개발자 양성 및 연수과정을 운영하는 것에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대되며 장애인 거주시설의 여가활동을 지원할 수 있는 정책적 제도를 마련할 근거자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the recreational activity programs performed in welfare facilities for the disabled to verify the status of the recreational activity program planning status for people with disabilities. To perform the study, 40 project proposals on recreational activity program by the welfare facilities for the disabled, performed since 2000 were selected as the study subject. This was analyzed by using the ʻAnalysis standards on the planning status of recreational activity program for the disabledʼ that was designed by the researcher. As a result, all study subjects of 40 programs were included with the analysis standards of ｢Program situation analysis｣, ｢Program operation method｣, and ｢Resource securement and management｣ among the fields of the planning status. On the contrary, analysis standards such as ｢Program requirement analysis｣, ｢ Program goal conversion｣, and ｢Evaluation and result report｣ were not included in most programs. The analysis results of the recreational activity program planning status in welfare facilities for people with disabilities. are expected to help train developers of the recreational activity program for people with disabilities, and also on the operation of the training process in the future. Moreover, it is expected to be utilized as the evidentiary material for providing the policies and systems that can support the recreational activities in the welfare facilities for people with disabilities.
