본 연구는 경호무도지도자의 리더십행동과 역할지각, 코칭자신감 간의 관계와 미치는 영향력에 대해 알아보고 특히, 리더십행동이 코칭자신감에 미치는 영향에 있어 역할지각 의 매개효과를 중심으로 실증 조사, 분석하는데 목적을 둔 연구로써 현직 경호무도지도자 들을 대상으로 실증 조사를 통한 자료 수집을 통해 통계분석을 실시하였다. 전체적으로 연구 가설의 검증에 앞서 상관관계 분석을 실시한 결과, 모든 잠재 요인들 간에 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고 특히 코칭자신감 중 심리적 코칭자신감 과 인간관계적, 심리적 코칭자신감, 운동지도, 운동처방, 봉사활동 간의 상관관계가 높게 나타났다. 구체적으로 다음과 같은 검증 결과를 확보하였다. 첫째, 가설 1에 대한 검증 결 과, 리더십행동이 역할지각에 미치는 영향력은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 리더십행 동은 역할지각에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 1은 지지되었다. 둘째, 가설 2에 대한 검증 결과, 역할지각이 코칭자신감에 미치는 영향력은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 역할지각은 코칭자신감에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 나 가설 2는 지지되었다. 셋째, 가설 3에 대한 검증 결과, 리더십행동이 코칭자신감에 직접 적으로 미치는 영향력은 유의한 것으로 나타났으며 리더십행동은 코칭자신감에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 3은 지지되었다. 넷째, 최종적으로 리더십 행 동이 코칭자신감에 미치는 총효과는 직접효과와 간접효과를 합한 역할지각의 간접효과와 직접효과가 모두 유의한 것으로 나타나 리더십행동이 코칭자신감에 미치는 영향에 있어 역할지각은 부분매개 효과를 갖는 것으로 확인 되어 연구가설이 지지되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 리더십행동을 통한 코칭자신감 함양에 있어서는 역할지각이 함께 병행되었을 때 그 효과가 극대화됨을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다.
This study is empirically intended to look into the effects of security martial arts leader's leadership behaviors on their role perception and coaching confidence, and the mediating effects of their role perception in the relationship between their leadership behaviors and their coaching confidence. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to incumbent security martial arts leaders. The questionnaires were used for data analysis. The correlation analysis prior to a test of research hypothesis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between all potential factors. Especially, there was a high relationship between psychological coaching confidence, human relational coaching confidence, exercise coaching, exercise prescription, and volunteer activities. The detailed results of hypothesis verification were as follows: First, hypothesis 1 showed that leadership behaviors had a significant positive effect on role perception, supporting hypothesis 1. Second, hypothesis 2 showed that role perception had a significant positive effect on coaching confidence, supporting hypothesis 2. Third, hypothesis 3 showed that leadership behaviors had a significant positive effect on coaching confidence, supporting hypothesis 3. Fourth, hypothesis 4 showed that role perception was partially mediated in the effects of leadership behaviors on coaching confidence, supporting hypothesis 4.The findings suggest that the effects of security martial arts leader's leadership behaviors on their coaching confidence can be maximized in combination with their role perception.
