The objectives of this study are to analyze the factors of the multicultural military and multicultural soldier perception of adolescents that affects on the relation to multicultural perception, and the affecting elements for the perception. Research results are as follows. First, the multicultural military perception of the adolescents is higher than multicultural soldier perception of them. Second, in case of the adolescents who are serving as ROTC, their multicultural perception is high when they have an experience of the multicultural education. Therefore, it proves that adolescents' multicultural education enhances multicultural perception. To make an additional remark, measures for invigoration of multicultural soldiers’ military life should be devised to prepare a change in the army. According to these current trends, at first, multicultural education needs to be implemented from early childhood. It can minimize the probable conflicts between adolescents raised in Korea and those from multicultural families. Second, understanding and education of various culture, religion and racial background ought to be conducted for both adolescents. Besides, an alternative for narrowing cultural distance needs to be arranged at the national level. Third, discriminative act can be prevented through institutional improvement such as switching a Korean army over a multicultural army. Moreover, counseling specialists for military life are necessary for handling difficulties of multicultural soldiers, and there needs a practical system for multicultural mentors. Also, it is suggested that supporting programs for adjusting Korean life and military life need to be provided considering the increasing number of army officers from multicultural families.
