The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of rehabilitating healthy emotions by applying drama therapy services to teenagers who have emotional and behavioral problems in Jongno – gu. For this purpose, we examined how dramatic development stage model and therapeutic performance model of theater therapy are applied to theater therapy. First, the process of embodying the stage of dramatic development (the expression through the body) should be carried out at the beginning stage of theatrical therapy to help understand the play. This process intimates the relationship of participants, therapists, participants and participants. Second, at the peak stage, the emotion can be explored through the projection process (expressing itself through mediation) and the role (acting as a different person), and it is possible to look at oneself while confronting their problematic roles and objects . Third, as the active producers, they have self - affirmation through the experience of therapeutic performance, which is the protagonist in the stage of change.
