이 연구의 목적은 국내 재활치료 분야 메타분석 논문의 방법론적 질을 평가하는 문헌연구로, 국내 작업치료와 물리치료 분야 메타분석 논문을 AMSTAR(A Measurement Tool to Assess the Methodological Quality or Systematic Review)를 사용하여 질 평가를 실시하였다. 9편의 논문을 분석 한 결과 평균 질 평가 점수는 6.56점으로 모든 연구가 보통 수준의 질적 수준을 보이는 것으로 나타 났다. 재활치료 분야의 근거기반실제를 위해서는 방법론적 가이드라인을 준수한 높은 질적 수준의 메 타분석 연구가 활성화되어야 할 것이며 이를 위한 개별연구물의 축적이 선행되어야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this literature paper was to assess the methodological quality of meta-analyses on rehabilitation therapy published in Korea by using AMSTAR(A Measurement Tool to Assess the Methodological Quality or Systematic Review). Nine meta-analyses were included in this study. The mean score was 6.56, and all meta-analyses were rated as moderate quality. For the evidence-based practice of rehabilitation therapy areas, high quality meta-analyses completed with the methodological guidelines should be activated. For this purpose, the accumulation of individual studies should be preceded.
