Since 2011, local parent support centers have been established and operated to effectively implement parental policies. Although the Parent Support Center is the main foundation for supporting school education and home child education, there is no foundation law for establishment, so budget and organization operation are unstable, and it is difficult to secure stable workforce and promote consistent business. Depending on the degree of interest of the City․Provincial office of education superintendent, there are operating deviations in each region, and various operating models appear depending on the characteristics of the region. There are many limitations in realizing the promotion of the Parental Support Center in areas without legal basis, but systematic publicity measures are needed. Therefore, it analyzes the actual situation of PR in the local parent support center and suggests a PR method according to the operation model of the local parent support center. Even in the absence of budgetary support, it is necessary to change the perception of the Department of Education and Education Support Office's personnel in order to make the best public relations available at the local parent support center. In addition, indirect support through strengthening public relations of the Parent Support Center nationwide, development of standardized local parent support center program, development of programs that are contents of public relations, cooperation of education offices, education support offices, Promotion of public relations cooperation between the support agencies and local governments is necessary.
