본 연구는 결장직장암 환자의 민간요법 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 수행하였다. 자료는 2015년 10월 5일부터 11월 13일까지 충남지역에 소재한 종합병원에 내원한 수술환자 153명을 대상으로 설문 및 면접조사를 하였다. 대상자의 일반적인 특성과 민간요법의 종류는 기술통계를 이용 하였다. 민간요법의 이용과 관련된 사항은 상관관계 Pearson correlation coefficient로 분석하였다. 민 간요법 이용 전과 후의 비교를 t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 결장직장암환자에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다변량 회귀분석울 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별은 남성이 57.2%, 여성이 42.8%로 남 성이 더 높은 분포를 보였다. 둘째, 민간요법의 이용 후의 평균은 4.64점으로 민간요업 이용 전의 2.91 점 보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다(t=-5.28, p<.05). 셋째, 민간요법 이용종류와 월소비비용은 양의 상관 관계를 보였다(r=.247, p<.01). 넷째, 민간요법 이용은 민간요법 이용기간이 길수록, 월소비비용이 높을 수록, 연령이 많을수록 증가하였다. 따라서 민간요법의 이용에 영향을 주는 요인은 이용기간, 월소비 및 연령이었다.
This study was performed to identify the factors influencing on utilization of folk medicine in patients with colorectal cancer. Data were surveyed using interview and questionnaires by 153 patients who visited a general hospital which was located in Chungnam area from October 5 to November 13, 2015. General characteristics of subjects and various types of folk medicine were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Comparison before and after the utilization of folk medicine was conducted using t-test. Factors influencing on patients with colorectal cancer were conducted by multiple logistic regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, there was a significant positive correlation between the number of folk medicine utilization and expenditure a month(r=.247, p<.01). Secondly, folk medicine increased as the longer period of folk medicine, the higher expenditure a month, the more age.
