The purpose of this study is to set up maker's experts, alternative energy experts, autonomous vehicle experts, appropriate technology experts as promising future carriers in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, and to develop future occupation-linked STEAM programs and apply them to middle school students and high school students to verify the effects. The results of this study are as follows. First, we developed future occupation-linked STEAM programs of 28 hours and applied these programs to 974 middle and high school students. Secondly, the degree of satisfaction, degree of interest, degree of participation in the class was very positive, the average score of the high school was higher, and a statistically significant difference was shown between the middle school and the high school. Thirdly, in terms of the learning attitude of middle school and high school students, the average value of all factors and the sub-regions appeared higher than before in advance, showing a statistically significant difference. In conclusion, we were able to learn that the STEAM program has a positive influence on interests of mathematics and science, compassion and communication, self-directed learning mathematics and science, and carrer selection to science and engineering in middle and high school students.
