The purpose of this study is to find out how job stress as frontline
social worker and managing social worker has an influence on their
depression.
The result shows that there were different stress factors that caused
depression between frontline social workers and managing social workers.
Frontline social workers tended to be depressed by organization system, job
demand, and job insecurity, whereas managing social workers tended to be
depressed by job knowledge.
Therefore, based on the study, we suggested various discussions and
practical implications for effective management of job stress and depression.
