본 연구는 아동성폭력 피해를 경험한 위기가족을 원조하기 위한 사회적 지원 체계를 모색해 보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 아동성폭력 위기가족을 지 원하기 위한 지원체계 현황을 분석하였다. 그 결과 아동성폭력 피해와 관련된 법 률과 서비스 지원체계는 피해자에 중점을 두고 있어 가족에 대한 지원체계는 미 미한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 아동성폭력 피해를 경험한 위기가족을 지원하기 위 한 효율적 지원체계 모색을 위해 외국사례 분석을 통해 지원방안을 제안하였다.
The purpose of this study is to suggest on the family support systems for helping on the crisis family who experienced child sexual abuse. For this purpose, the child sexual abuse support systems to support family status were analyzed. The results are related to child sexual abuse service systems and legal aspects focus on the victims without family intervention. And this study also review on foreign cases of family support systems on the child sexual abuse. The implications for social support systems with sexually abused child of family are present.
