본 연구는 유아교육학과 대학원생들의 대학원 정규과목으로 편성된 교류분석 수업을 수강하면서 변화되는 의사소통능력의 과정과 결과를 탐구한 질적연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 교류분석 수업에 참여한 유아교육 학과 대학원생들이 어떠한 경험을 하였으며, 교류분석 수업의 수강 경험이 대학원생들에게 어떠한 의미를 주는지 탐색하는 것이다. 본 연구의 참여자는 2017년도 1학기 교류분석 과목을 수강하는 A대학의 유아교육 학과 대학원생 15명이다. 참여자를 대상으로 질문지와 면담을 통해 교류분석 수업 경험과 의미를 살펴보았 으며, 심층적인 의미를 분석하고자, 자발적으로 연구에 참여하고자 하는 수강생 중 4명의 대학원생을 대상 으로 심층 면담이 이루어졌다. 대학원생들이 16주간 교류분석 수업을 통해 의사소통에 주는 의미는 개인의 삶과 유아 교사의 삶 전반에서 나를 되돌아보기, 새로운 선택과 시도 해보기, 긍정적인 관계 형성에 대한 기대, 깊이 있는 의사소통 탐구의 열정으로 총 4가지 범주로 나타났다. 유아교육학과 대학원생들은 교류분 석 수업을 통해 끊임없이 자신을 되돌아보며, 다양한 사람들과의 의사소통에서 겪는 어려움을 성찰해보면 서 극복하는 능력, 다양한 선택의 폭을 열어놓고 신중하게 의사소통방식을 결정하는 능력, 의사소통의 새로 운 방식의 시도를 통해 자신감을 얻고 긍정적인 관계를 형성해나가는 능력, 나를 인정하고 상대와 긍정적 으로 소통하고자 하는 탐구에 대한 열정을 통해 보다 원활한 의사소통 능력을 갖춘 전문가로 한걸음 나아 갈 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 교류분석 수업경험은 자기인식과 이해를 바탕으로 타인과의 관계를 반성적으로 성찰해 보면서 상대방을 이해할 수 있는 이해의 폭이 향상되었다.
This study is a qualitative research that explores the process and results of taking the interchange analysis class which is composed of regular graduate course of early childhood education graduate students. The purpose of this study is to investigate the experiences of early childhood education students participating in the TA analysis class and how the experience of exchange analysis class is meaningful to early childhood education graduate students. Participants of this study are 15 graduate students of early childhood education department of J University taking a course of exchange analysis in the first semester of 2017. The participants were interviewed by questionnaires and interviews were conducted. In order to analyze the meaning in depth, we interviewed 4 graduate students who voluntarily participated in the study. In the 16th week of interdisciplinary classes for early childhood education students, the meaning of communicating through communication analysis is ‘looking back on me’, ‘making new choices and trying’, ‘expecting positive relationships’ and ‘passion for deep communication exploration’. Graduate students in early childhood education classes are constantly looking back at themselves through interactive analytical class. They have the ability to overcome difficulties in communicating with various people, the ability to open up a wide range of choices and carefully decide how to communicate, I was able to advance myself as an expert with more ability to communicate through my ability to gain confidence and form a positive relationship through a new way of communicating, to passion for exploring me to acknowledge me and communicate positively with my opponent. In addition, the experience of TA analysis class has improved the understanding that can understand the other person by reflexively reflecting on the relationship with others based on self - recognition and understanding.
