This study aims to develop and validate ‘Occupational Interest Inventory on Social
welfare’. In order to, we suggest conceptual components of Occupational Interest
Inventory on Social welfare, and verifies the content validity. And through the
exploratory factor analysis, we construct of 136 items and two academic factors, three
client factor, ten social welfare factors. In the succeeding process, through the confirmatory
factor analysis, verifies model-fit and reliability, concurrent validity. The results of such
analyses confirmed the goodness-of-fit of the model and verified the concurrent validity.
After considering all results, the significance of the testing, limitations of the study, and
suggestions are discussed for the further research.
