본 연구의 목적은 ‘사회복지 영역 직업흥미검사’를 개발하고 타당화 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사회복지 영역 직업흥미검사의 구성 개념을 설정하고 내용타당도를 검 증하였다. 그리고 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 학문 영역 2요인, 클라이언트 영역 3요인, 사 회복지 분야 영역 10요인으로 총 136문항의 사회복지 영역 직업흥미검사 예비 문항을 구성하였다. 이후 개발된 사회복지 영역 직업흥미검사의 타당도를 검증하고자 확인적 요인분석을 사용하여 사회복지 영역 직업흥미검사 요인의 적합성을 확인하고, 신뢰도와 공인타당도도 검증하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구를 바탕으로 검사 활용 시사점과 추후 연 구 방향에 대한 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.
This study aims to develop and validate ‘Occupational Interest Inventory on Social welfare’. In order to, we suggest conceptual components of Occupational Interest Inventory on Social welfare, and verifies the content validity. And through the exploratory factor analysis, we construct of 136 items and two academic factors, three client factor, ten social welfare factors. In the succeeding process, through the confirmatory factor analysis, verifies model-fit and reliability, concurrent validity. The results of such analyses confirmed the goodness-of-fit of the model and verified the concurrent validity. After considering all results, the significance of the testing, limitations of the study, and suggestions are discussed for the further research.
