The purpose of this paper is to examine transitional process from secondary school into employment and role of Commission for the Blind. To do this paper, It look into materi-als relating to transition of School for the Blind and Commission for the Blind. In America, students with visual impairment is developed a transitional plan, and given a community-based work experience opportunities in secondary school environment, and developed a individualized plan for employment(IPE) before graduation of secondary school, and in this base, continued case management by Commission for the Blind. also, after graduation of secondary school, the students is given vocational rehabilitation ser-vices in vocational process by Commission for the Blind. In future, We also will have to construct organizational network to make a cooperative and continuing transitional ser-vice under School for Blind and Rehabilitation Center for the Blind and KEPAD
