본 연구는 점자도서 출판 규정 개발에 관한 연구로서 규정 개발의 필요성과 출판 규정 영역별 주요 사항 및 점역 원칙에 대해 알아보았다. 점자도서 출판 규정 제정의 필요성은 한국 점자의 발달 과정에 따른 필요성 제기와 한국 점자의 발달 과정에 따른 필요성 제기로 나누어 살펴보았고, 주요 논의점과 점역원칙에서는 선행 페이지, 강조, 제목, 표, 비문자기호, 박스자료, 칼럼과 목록 등을 중심으로 앞으로 더 논의가 되어져야 할 내용을 토대로 점역 원칙을 제안하여 놓았다.
This research aims to study the development of regulations on braille type book publication, reviewing the necessity for the development of regulations, and principles and arguments of translation into braille types by area in the subcategory of publication regulations. Regarding the necessity for the enactment of regulations of braille type book publication, the research pointed out such necessity in line with the development of braille types in Korea. Regarding the principles and arguments of translation into braille types, reviewed were basic principles of translation into braille types and major arguments centering on preceding pages, highlights, titles, tables, non-letter symbols, boxed materials, columns, lists, and others.
