In Korean society, studies on green tourism have been conducted largely focused on tourist farm activities in rural areas. When we analyze various preexisting discourses in related studies, we can find that studies with regard to practical policy-implementation have not been performed actively and also there is lack of studies on the role of civil society as a main actor. In addition, it is also true that there is lack of not only studies on the appearance of green tourism from the perspective of social constructivism but also the framework for macro analysis on the formation of the nation from a border point of view and on the process of shaping polices based on it. In sustainable society in the 21st century,\' in order for green tourism to develop as a means for sound leisure culture and to be able to present the alternative of what we call a new life pattern, different analysis methods from preexisting researches should be taken into consideration.
