본 연구의 목적은 구로구의 4개 권역별로 구민들의 여가인프라 수요(월 평균 이용횟수, 월 평균 참여횟수) 및 향후 구로구내 여가시설 및 프로그램 도입 필요성 인식정도를 살펴봄으로써, 2015년까지 “모든 구민이 행복한 디지털 여가 구로 건설”을 목표로 하는 구로구의 권역별 여가정책 방향(여가인프라 부문 및 여가프로그램 부문)을 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 제안되는 여가인프라 조성 전략들은 향후 구의 지역 여가산업 발전과 구민들의 여가문화생활 증진에 기여할 것이다. 이를 통해 구로구는 디지털 단지, 친환경시설과 주택, 복지, 여가, 문화시설을 갖춘 여가도시로 탈바꿈할 것이며, 한국의 대표적 여가도시의 하나로서 새로운 브랜드 파워를 구축할 수 있을 것이다.
In this study, the required leisure infrastructure and actual using in four districts of Guro-Gu and, Seoul was investigated. The results of the studies would be able to suggest the direction of leisure policies in related to leisure infrastructure and programs in four districts of Guro-Gu in order to accomplish the aim of Guro-Gu, making every people in Guro-Gu pleased with digital leisure life. It can be expected that the created strategies of leisure infrastructure through this research will contribute to the development of leisure industries and the improvement of leisure life in Guro-Gu. Moreover, those of the strategies can make it promising that Guro-Gu would be transformed to leisure town equipped with digital industry complex, environmentally friendly facilities, as well as housing, welfare and cultural facilities, making Guro-Gu a representative leisure town in Korea with new brand power.
