The purpose of this study was to investigate the learner-related variables(communication ability,
leadership, critical thinking ability, and information literacy) influencing learners’ reflective thinking in a
project-based learning environment. Another purposes of this study was to figure out which of these
variables were significantly related to learner’s reflective thinking. For this purpose, a survey instrument
gathers from 148 undergraduate students at S university in Seoul, Korea were statistically analyzed using
multiple regression technique. The results showed that two variables were indicated to be important
variables influencing learners’ reflective thinking in a project-based learning environment. With a close look
at the results, learners’ critical thinking ability and information literacy were proven to be important
variables influencing learners’ reflective thinking. Finally, implications and future tasks were suggested based
on these findings.
