이 연구에서는 학습자의 교수몰입 지각정도, 자기효능감, 학습동기 및 수학 학업성취 변인들 간의 관련성을 살펴보았고, 선행연구들을 토대로 학습자들의 교수몰입 지각정도와 수학 학업성취간의 두 가지 구조적 모형을 설정하고 이에 대한 적합성을 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 경남 소재의 중학생 304명 을 대상으로 하였고, 그 결과는 첫째, 수학 학업성취와 상관이 가장 높은 변인은 학습자들의 교수몰입 지각이었고, 학습자들의 교수몰입지각은 자기효능감과 학습동기와도 높은 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 학습자가 지각한 교수몰입정도가 자기효능감과 학습동기를 매개로 간접적 또는 직접적으로 수학 학업 성취에 영향을 미치는 가설모형보다는 자기효능감과 학습동기를 매개로 한 간접적 가설모형이 최종적 으로 적합한 모형임을 확인하였다. 셋째, 수학 학업성취에 대한 직접적인 효과는 학습동기가 가장 높 았으며, 간접적인 효과는 교수몰입에 대한 학습자의 지각이었다. 이상의 결과들을 기초로 실제 학교수 업에서 중학생들의 학습동기, 자기효능감 및 수학 학업성취를 증진시킬 수 있는 방법에 대해 논의하 였다.
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among learners\' perception on teaching flow, self-efficacy, academic motivation, and math achievement, and to explore the structural equation model of input-procedure- output framework in these. The participants were 304 8th graders. The results showed that math achievement showed strongly positive correlations with learners\' perception on teaching flow and learners\' perception on teaching flow also displayed strongly positive correlations with self-efficacy and academic motivation. Results of the structural equation model revealed that learners\' perception on teaching flow indirectly influenced math achievement through self-efficacy and academic motivation or exclusively academic motivation. Futhermore, academic motivation exhibited the highest direct effect on math achievement, whereas learners\' perception on teaching flow showed the highest indirect on math achievement among independent variables. It was discussed to make learning environment for enhancing academic motivation and math achievement simultaneously.
