The purpose of this study is to suggest various ideas to support Nuri curriculum management by analyzing early childhood teachers thoughts regarding Nuri curriculum. For this purpose, we surveyed 1,470 teachers in both public and private kindergartens from February 10 to 15, 2017. Based on the frequency analysis results, researchers find out that overall teachers have positive thoughts regarding Nuri curriculum. The teachers thought that the introduction of Nuri curriculum brought positive improvements in the aspects of teachers curriculum and class management and educational activity plan. And the teachers thought that teacher training program was helpful. In addition, teachers thought that teachers ability to organize curriculum and teaching-learning abilities were improved positively. Also teachers felt that the financial operations of early childhood education institutions were stable. However, teachers questioned regarding the quality of teacher training program. And teachers felt that teachers working conditions should be improved and continuity between Nuri curriculum and should be enhanced. Therefore, it is necessary to improve teachers working conditions and to provide additional teacher training program.
