본 연구는 가정 음주환경, 음주거부 자기효능감(drinking refusal self-efficacy; DRSE), 그리고 친구의 영향이 고등학생의 음주에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 청소년들의 가정 환경이 음주에 많이 노출된 경우 낮은 음주거부 자기효능감을 보여주며, 음주거부 자기효능감이 높을 수록 친구의 영향을 적게 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이 세가지 요인들은 청소년들의 음주에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 가정 음주환경, 음주거부 자기효능감, 그리고 친구의 영향이 고등학생들의 음주와 어떻게 관계가 있는지 이론적으로 설명한다.
The current study examined the effects of family drinking environment, drinking refusal self-efficacy (DRSE), and peer influence on high school students’ alcohol use. The results of the present study revealed that adolescents living in a high family drinking environment were more likely to have a low DRSE, and those who have a high DRSE were less likely to be influenced by their peers. In addition, the three attributes were directly associated with high school students’ alcohol use. These findings provide a theoretical explanation for why family drinking environment, DRSE, and peer influence are associated with adolescents’ alcohol use.
